From a treasure trove of a collector's very early textiles come these framed Pre Columbian Peruvian textile fragments. The collector designated these fragments as 11th century. The top brown and cream fragment measures 16" wide and 5.5" deep. It is a woven piece with geometric patterns and a sun god rendering. There are 4 worn areas in the piece. The bottom piece again woven in browns must have been a trim piece with stylized birds. It measures 15.75" wide and 3" deep; its condition is excellent. Unique museum worthy South American early textile fragments!      Buyer pays shipping.
