Early Patent Horace Martin Vibroplex Telegraph Key Bug United Elec Norcross GA

This auction is for a antique Vibroplex telegraph bug.  The brass tag is marked "The Vibroplex Horace G Martin's Patent NO. 732,648 767,303 342,154 United Elec Mfg Co Norcross GA.  There is a number stamped in the side 8866, I assume this is a serial number.  It measures about 7 inches by 3.5 inches.  One part of the little bakelite handle is broken, you can see this in the photos. Most of this unit is brass, but it has darkened with age.  I know very little about telegraph items, so please look at the photos and ask questions if you have any.
