Vintage Baseball Article by Jim Day Cumberland Times 4-pg Telegram. I believe this was probably done in the 1970’s. Looks to be an article that was being written for NPR . There is some red stains on all pages. Jim Day worked for the Cumberland times in Maryland for his whole career it looks like even becoming the sports editor. He passed away in 2014
